Reservations

Phone or email only. We do not currently offer online booking.

We are open year-round but do close for several weeks in April.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. To allow time to clean and prepare the property for your enjoyment, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.

Rates may vary depending on the time of the year, including weekends and holidays.

Reservations require a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Your card will not be charged until your arrival unless you cancel within 72 hours of the reservation arrival date or no-show your reservation.

We have a 2-night minimum on Friday/Saturday nights during ATV and snowmobile season and a 3-night minimum on National holidays.

No. We are a staff of 2; however, we are still able to assist with your needs. We live on the property and can be reached by phone 24 hours a day should an emergency arise. 

Office Hours are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. If you need to check-in later than 8:00 PM, please call and make arrangements by 2:00 PM on the day of check-in.

Trail Access

Yes. We have direct access to over 1000 miles of Northern NH’s ATV and snowmobile trail system.

Trail conditions are weather-dependent and maintained by local snowmobile and ATV clubs, so they cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Each room is limited to one vehicle and trailer. For extra vehicle parking, please see management.

Guests will be asked to move their vehicle and trailer upon check-out to make room for incoming guest vehicles. There is public parking 850 feet from the motel with direct access back to the motel.

Pets

Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). 

Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted outside of designated pet-friendly rooms. 

We offer two designated pet-friendly (dogs only) rooms (Room 1 and Room 11), subject to availability.

General Questions

Rooms 1-8, 10, and 11 have a maximum occupancy of 2 adults / 2 children age 10 and under. For safety purposes, cots, air mattresses or other sleeping surfaces are not allowed, with the exception of a portable crib. A child in a portable crib counts towards the 2-child maximum.

Room 9 has a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. For safety purposes, cots, air mattresses or other sleeping surfaces are not allowed.

All the rooms at the Errol Motel are smoke- free (tobacco, vape, marijuana). If smoke is detected there is a $250 cleaning fee. We have provided smoking receptacles outside rooms for your convenience. Please make sure your door is closed while you are smoking as the smoke may travel into your room.

Due to our small size, cancellations significantly affect us. Any changes to your original reservation must be made 72 hours prior to the reservation arrival date. If changes are not made prior to the 72 hours, you will be charged for the full original reservation. Cancellations must be done over the phone, no email cancellations. 

No refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Refunds will not be issued due to weather.

Why is this your cancellation policy?

Due to the limited size of our property, availability is extremely limited and rooms fill quickly. As a small 11-room motel, we do not have the flexibility of larger hotels to easily replace cancelled reservations, and cancellations often result in turning away other guests. For this reason, reservations should be made only when travel plans are confirmed. If your plans are uncertain, we ask you wait to reserve until your dates are firm.

There are two Restaurants (Big Al’s Tavern and Errol Restaurant & Pub) less than half a mile from the motel. Days and hours of operation vary throughout the year. Please check their Facebook pages for additional information. 

L.L. Cote sports center and gas station is 1,000 feet from the motel. Errol General Store is 450 feet from the motel.

All rooms are equipped with both air conditioning and heat. All rooms have ceiling fans and windows to leave open if you prefer.

Yes, we offer high speed internet access, free of charge.

No, but we offer DirectTV in all rooms, free of charge.
